We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchases that have been bought online from us. However if you change your mind, we would be more than happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items as long as they are in perfect condition. You can do this either in our store in Cwmbran or send the purchases via post directly to us within 28 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note.
Please note the following: There are a few exceptions outlined below.


1) All of our refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, this will be in GB Currency
2) For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind on Socks.
3) Sale items purchased online cannot be refunded.
4) We are not responsible for covering the returns cost via post, we will NOT refund your postage.
5) Unless tracked we are not responsible for your returned goods if they go missing in the post. Please ensure what you’re returning is tracked.
6) Please note if you want to exchange your item online there will be a postage charge, if you want to exchange your online purchase in store there will be no fee. If the item is not in stock when you visit our store in Cwmbran, we will contact you via telephone when your order is ready to be collected.
7) Your order will be sent when complete this may be up to 7 days. We will contact you if there is a delay on your order.
